The Weekly Challenge feature incorporates gamification elements to the quiz-taking experience. This new feature is designed to enhance engagement and learning for both faculty and students.
With the Weekly Challenge, College management can effortlessly conduct online quizzes, catering to nearly 150 participants simultaneously, offering the flexibility to participate as a team or an individual.
The feature enables instructors to generate diverse question types, including multiple-choice, true or false, fill-in-the-blanks, etc, and topics like Aptitude, General Knowledge, etc.
Participants earn points based on their performance in each question, creating a sense of achievement. As they progress, individuals or teams can climb up the leaderboards displaying the rankings and scores.
Weekly Challenge also incorporates a chat feature that enhances collaboration, facilitates communication, and enhances the overall interactive nature of the quiz. The chat feature provides a dedicated space for group discussions. Team members can strategize, assign roles, and collectively decide on the answers to questions.
The admin is the only person who can create weekly challenges and can choose the coordinate
1. How to Conduct a Weekly Challenge?
Step 1: Click on Weekly Challenge from the Navigation tab on the left.
Step 2: Click on Create Challenge on the top left.
Step 3: Enter Challenge Title and Click on Save Button,
Add Description (optional) and Click on the Save button,
Date & Time then Click on the Save button, and Select One-Time or Recurring.
One-Time – The challenge is only for one time.
Recurring – The Challenge is set for every Week or Bi-week or Monthly.
Step 4: Choose the Default option Recommended or Customize.
Recommended – Preset terms to create the challenge.
Customize – You can set customized terms to create the challenge.
Step 5: Select the Coordinator from Choose Coordinators on the top right.
Step 6: Click on Save & Initiate on the top right.
Congrats! Your Challenge has been created Successfully.
2. How to join the weekly challenge?
Step 1: Click on Weekly Challenge from the Navigation tab on the left.
Step 2: Click on Join on the top right.
Congrats! You are joined as a coordinator.
3.How to Generate Teams?
Step 1: Click on Weekly Challenge from the Navigation tab on the left.
Step 2: Click on Join on the top right, then click on Open Challenge.
Step 3: Once Participants have joined, click on Generate Teams.
Congrats! Teams are generated.
4. How to send questions to the team?
Once you generate teams, Once the captions of all teams are confirmed.
Step 1: Click on Start Challenge, You are displayed with a spin wheel with topics, Start spinning the wheel,
Step 2: Topic is selected, Click on Publish Question
Your question is published to all the participants.
5. How to send a leaderboard to participants?
Once the question got published and the timer ends,
You can click on the View Leaderboard on the top right.
Then leaderboard is displayed for participants and viewers.
The coordinator is assigned by the admin, Coordinator is the one who can entirely conduct the challenge.

Student(Moblie)- Go to Classroom, Click on Join Challenge.
2. How to accept the caption?
Once team has been created,
Step 1: If you get Do you want to be the captain? Click on Tick Mark.
Step 2: You can select Vice-captain for your team.
Step 3: Click on Continue button.
Hurray! You are team captaincy is confirmed.
3. How to Answer the question?
Once you joined the challenge, Teams are formed, when the coordinator publish the question.
Question is displayed on the screen.
Note- Only the Captain and Vice- Captain can answer the question
Select the Answer Click on Submit button with the time limit.
Congrats! Your answer got submitted.
The viewer is the person who didn’t enroll in the challenge but can still participate in the challenge.
The Viewer participation does not affect the scoreboard.
How to participate in the Weekly challenge?
Step 1:
Faculty- Click on Weekly Challenge from the Navigation tab on the left.
Student (Desktop)– The challenge is displayed on the Activity wall, Click on Join challenge.
Student(Moblie)- Go to Classroom, Click on Join Challenge.
Step 2: When a Question is displayed, Choose the desired answer, Click on Submit button.
Leaderboard will be displayed.
Note– Leaderboard does not change, even after the submission of answers.
